Liver/Gall bladder Flushes (HP01)
Cleansing of the
liver and gallbladder; Free with the order of Liva-Tone and Liva-Help.
The mild Liver/Gallbladder
Flush
(Morning Drink # 1)
Every
morning of weeks # 1 & 3 begins with the liver/gallbladder flush.
Ingredients:
Fall
and winter: 8 ounces of organic apple juice or grape juice.
Spring
and summer: 8 ounces of organic orange or citrus juice mixture,
(juice
of one lemon or one lime and enough orange, grapefruit
and tangerine juice to
make 8 ounces).
8
ounces of Distilled Water.
1
to 5 cloves of Garlic. (Start with one clove and increase by 1 daily to
a
maximum of five).
1
to 5 tablespoons of organic, virgin, cold-pressed olive oil. (Start
with 1
tablespoon and increase by 1 daily to a maximum of five.
One
small (1 inch) piece of fresh ginger root. (To avoid nausea).
Instructions:
Mix
the ingredients in a blender and drink. Fifteen minutes after this
drink,
consume a cup of Detoxification tea or a strong
digestive tea
such as peppermint leaf or ginger root. Drink an additional 1 to 2 cups
of tea
in the afternoon and evening.
Also
during this flush, consume 2 droppers of
Liver/gallbladder Tonic
four times daily. The tonic can be added to 2 ounces of distilled water.
Drink
lots of carrot juice, or a combination of carrot, beet and cucumber
Juice
to assist with cleansing the liver.
Ultra-Phos: Add 30 drops,
or ½ dropper
to water or Apple juice once daily when doing the Liver Flush.
Detox-Tonic: Add 2 droppers
to 2 ounces
of distilled water 4 times daily.

You should do this once or twice a week if you are iH. In severe cases,
it may have to be done several days in a row. On the other days, do the
mild liver flush that goes up
to four tablespoons of oil.
The formula is:
8 ounces of olive oil
8 ounces of fresh-squeezed orange or apple juice
Mix in a blender. Consume 4 ounces of this mixture each hour for four
hours starting at about six oclock at night until ten, or about an
ounce every fifteen minutes.
Use garlic enemas to assist in clearing any obstructions from the colon
so the stones will be able to pass from the body.
Liva 9 Tone and Liva o Help should be used to assist in the cleansing
and restoration of the liver and gallbladder.
Drink lots of carrot juice, or carrot, beet, cucumber juice to help
with the cleansing of the liver and gallbladder.
Kidney/Bladder Flush (HP02)
Cleansing of the
kidney and gallbladder; Free with the order of Kidney/Bladder Tea and
Tincture.
THE
KIDNEY/BLADDER FLUSH
It doesn't matter if you have a kidney condition or not, do this kidney
cleansing routine every morning every other week, all week long.
If you are on the incurables program, every morning you should do
either the kidney/bladder flush or the liver/gall bladder flush. You
can alternate between these flushes on a weekly
basis.

KIDNEY/BLADDER FLUSH INGREDIENTS:
Juice of one lemon and one lime 16 to 32 ounces of distilled water A
pinch of cayenne pepper
Maple syrup to taste (optional)
Fifteen minutes after drinking the Kidney/Bladder flush, drink 2 cups
of a Kidney/Bladder tea, also drink I to 2 cups of this tea in the
early afternoon and early evening.
In each cup of the Kidney/Bladder Tea, add 1 dropperful (35 drops) of a
Kidney/Bladder Tincture.
Diet should primarily consist of fruit and vegetable juices. In some
cases, fruits and vegetables are allowed. Avoid all animal and dairy
products. For best results, do a fresh, raw juice fast for the entire 6
days.

FOUR WEEK
PROGRAM FOR MANAGMENT OF JOINT CONDITIONS
Joint disorders afflict people world wide. Primarily, the middle-aged
and elderly are affected. Often, joint inflammation can be controlled
to a great extent with diet adjustments. All foods should be as fresh
as possible, and leftovers should be avoided.
The presence of toxins in your system can create a condition of
continuous Oer- gy. A persistent allergy can eventually develop into a
serious condition known as an auto-immune reaction, where your cells
actually attack each other. Joint con- ditions often develop from these
auto-immune reactions. A complete "spring cleansing" of your body can
help to remedy this condition, and it can be success- fully managed by
the proper combination of correct diet, herbal supplements and a
healthy life style.
We begin our program with the General Detoxif'ication I'@it, which
cleanses the toxic buildup from the body. The foods used during this
period should be only those that are easy to digest. Remove all animal
products, dairy products,
refined sugar, white rice, white flour, table salt and all other
denatured foods from your diet.
Your program should begin with a one day liquid diet of vegetable soup
and powered ginger tea. For two or three days following, continue
vegetable soup, and add cream of rice with grade B Maple Syrup and no
dairy, for break- fast. Avoid fried foods, cold foods and nightshade
vegetables which include: pota- to, tomato, eggplant, and peppers. The
use of tobacco is not advised. Earth- mined salt instead of sea salt is
recommended. Also, avoid aluminum cookware.
FOODS TO EAT'-. Brown rice, fruit, hot soups and herb teas, ginger tea,
foods with aromatic spices, and steamed vegetables.
FOODS TO AVOID: Salads, pumpkin, yam, turnip, beets, mushrooms, bamboo
shoots, yogurt, cheese, butter, cream, sour fruits, alcohol, vinegar,
cashew, peanut, cauliflower and cabbage since they may promote
putrefaction (gas) in your digestive system. Eating a correct diet,
combined with the regular use of proper herbal supplements, and the use
of heat and oil can reduce joint condi- tions significantly.
Daily oil massage.
Oil massage counteracts dryness and stiffness in our joints in two
ways. The y
oil lubricates and relieves the dryness in and around your joints. The
physical effect of the massage creates heat. A gentle sesame oil, or
castor oil massage
with warm hands to your affected area should be performed twice a day.
If your joint is swollen, the massage should be extra gentle and should
not cause addi- tional swelling. Do no harm.
